Hair growth need is everywhere. Every men and women wants long hairs, thick hairs and strong
hairs. So you can try these techniques and get benefits from it. You will learn

applying any oil such as olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil. Every oil is
benefit for your scalp. So massage by applying oil is also good technique.
Hair growth by Aloe Vera:
Aloe Vera is a plant which is very good for your hairs, it
has hair regrowth benefits both for men and women. So cut a leaf of Aloe Vera
and apply its juice to your target area where you want hairs to grow back
again. This technique is very good technique for getting your hairs back which
are lost from your scalp.
Hair growth by Onion (with lemon):
You can apply onion juice directly to you scalp and then
massage it for at least 5 minutes it will gives a lot of benefits to your
hairs. One of the benefit is that it stops your hair loss. When you apply onion
juice to your scalp you will notice that a smell is coming from your hairs. To
get rid of onion smell you can mix lemon juice in onion juice and then apply it
to your scalp.
Eating and drinking right things for your hairs:
If you want good hairs try eating dry fruits and vegetables
they have vitamin B which helps promote your hair and nail growth faster. Eat a
lot of protein food. Protein is available in dates, banana and salmon fish
there are many other protein foods like eggs. So eat protein because
it is important for you hairs, protein can help in growth of our hairs. Drink water, water has many benefits not just for
hairs but for all your body. You can also drink other things but don’t forget
to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
